Johnson Co. H1N1 clinic set for Monday

FRANKLIN — Johnson County officials will hold a free H1N1 vaccination clinic next week in Franklin.
The clinic will be from 2 to 6 p.m., or until the vaccine runs out, on Monday in Scott Hall at the Johnson County Fairgrounds, 100 Fairgrounds St.
Participants are asked to use the west entrance to the fairgrounds on Jefferson Street/Ind. 144.
The clinic will serve these high-risk groups established by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention:
>>Pregnant women.
>>Household contacts and caregivers for children younger than 6 months old.
>>Healthcare and emergency medical services personnel.
>>People from age 6 months to 24 years.
>>People from age 25 to 64 years who have health conditions associated with higher risk of medical complications from influenza.
